Here at Mabel and Friends, we can advise you on the type of dog that will best suit your individual situation along with what to look out for when considering where to get your puppy from. Do come and speak to us for advice on anything puppy related.
Puppy-only lounges
If you already have your bundle of fun, we are all about making a puppy feel at home and at ease! With a separate lounge area for the pups and their own outdoor space to play and explore in, they really would feel safe, happy and confident!
Fully qualified staff
We have fully qualified, dedicated members of staff who create fun play days for the pups to help them grow and develop. They will be introduced to different sounds and textures, with socialization to assist their development into lovely well rounded four-legged friends!
We offer puppy training classes and puppy pawties! What more could your pup need?

Puppy Training and Socialisation Classes
An often used statement:
‘I didn’t know puppy hood was so hard!’
And they’re absolutely right! Puppy hood can certainly be a challenge, and every pup needs a different helping hand! This is why Mabel and Friends Day Retreat are now offering puppy training classes with the help of Gemma, from My Pets and Me!
Gemma is the owner of the dog training company, Your Pets and Me, who we are thrilled to be working with, and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does!
Gemma will be running small group puppy training classes in November on a Saturday morning. These classes will be targeting all those tricky puppy behaviours that we will all struggle with as your dog develops into a young adult.
